Recent piece published for the corporate communications sector. As part of my job at salterbaxter, I am reminded and challenged everyday at how some organisations – ie. corporates are still struggling with how to engage with social media. So as much as I read, listen and want to believe that the revolution is coming, for particularly large organisations, it is like moving a tanker. It is slow and takes a long time and lot of convincing.
